KINGSTON WESTERN GENERAL BY-ELECTIONS 2005

The By-Election was held on April 13, 2005. The Electronic Voter Identification and Ballot Issuing System was used to conduct the elections. Over 94% of voters was electronically identified and issued a ballot.
